This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and the fonts are hosted on the site itself. Like any website, the hosting provider keeps short term server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.

When you contact me

If you email me, I use your details to reply and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice the work. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and, where we agree work, the contract between us. My email provider processes messages on my behalf. I keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and for accounting and legal requirements.

School information

When I review school information, the school or trust is the data controller and I act on its instructions under a written agreement. I ask for anonymised information wherever possible and delete source data within 30 days of the final report.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, to restrict or object to how I use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format, by emailing barry@redewell.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
